When do you ship?

• We ship on the 15th of each month. If you order after the last day of the month, we will ship your first box in the coming month.

How long does it take for the coffee box to arrive in my country?

• Depending on the carrier, we ship the boxes 15th of each month.

What type of coffee is it?

• We only use single-origin, specialty coffee roasted for filter brews. No blends.

Do you ship whole beans?

• Yep, no grinding, no loss of taste.

• But if you really want it, we can grind it for you.

Do you ship as a gift?

• Yes, we do! Choose “Ship as gift” at checkout.

How do you choose the monthly coffees?

• We pick an interesting coffee roaster and we ask them to send us their best coffees. We cup them, brew them, until we find the three coffees we like best.

When is the last date to order?

• The last date to order is the last day of each month.

• We order our coffee beans on the first of each month.

How much is it?

• Depends on the box you choose. Our monthly subscription starts at 24 €. Belgium shipping is included in all subscriptions.
  Ask for the shipping price to your country.

Can I cancel anytime?
